What is the deadline for returns?

The deadline for returning a product is maximum 14 days from the reception date. If you decide to return the product you have to contact our Customer Team and we will help you with the process.

We will refund you the amount as soon as we receive the product in our warehouse and we check that everything’s ok. We will do that in no more than 10 days from the return call. 

How can I return a product?

What happens with undelivered packages?

When a package could not be delivered for reasons not depending on us, we will pay the full amount of your purchase, less the cost of returning the package.

Why can my order not be delivered?

There are two possible reasons why your package can not be delivered:

Wrong address: Verify that the specified address is correct, your order may be delivered to a different address.

Unsuccessful delivery: Our suppliers make three attempts to deliver the order, if 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on “Contact us” then on ” My order status”. To find more information write us on “modify my order”

Where is my order?

In “My Account” space you will see your order status. You can find three different statuses:

  • Valid: Means that your order is correctly processed and the payment is well-done.
  • Arrangement: the order is being prepared in our warehouse.
  • Sent: your order is out of our warehouse and it is on his way to your address.

How can I control my order?

You can view your order information by clicking onto the “My Account” section.

In your account, there is an order section. If you click on “Order situations” you will see your order lists both previous and active transactions.

Can I change my order after?

You can make any adjustments to your order over the phone, provided that the order has not been sent yet. If the order is already shipped, you can make no changes.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order in the first hour that your purchase was validated.

Should I pay the return expenses?

Yes. If you want to return a product, you have to pay the extra service expenses. 

If the product you purchased has been delivered in poor condition please contact our Customer service immediately

Where can I receive my Order?

We deliver in the whole USA. 

You can choose the delivery address. You can have more than one and select the appropiate for each order. 

In the Order Confirmation email you will see all the data we have for the delivery. Please, check that the address is correct.

What should I keep in mind with the shipping?

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you should know that the delivery time is counted from the receipt of payment and confirmation of our bank.

Items are generally shipped to the address specified by you when shopping. Do not worry if the package has not been delivered due to the fact that you are not present, the area, volume or weight. Our suppliers will leave a message or contact you for a day and time to meet.If you have more questions, do not hesitate to visit our frequently asked questions section.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
– Gift cards 
– Downloadable software products 
– Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
– Book with obvious signs of use 
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at supply@beamplus.xyz.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
